Background
Hazel Ballesteros is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as an Attorney and Counsellor-at-Law in the Philippines. She is also authorised as a Level 3 Immigration Adviser by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), enabling her to advise and represent clients across all areas of UK immigration law.
Hazel established HB Immigration in 2010 with a commitment to providing clear, accurate and practical immigration advice. With a career in UK immigration law spanning nearly 20 years, she has advised and represented individuals, families and businesses across a wide range of immigration and nationality matters.
Experience
Hazel has worked in UK immigration law since 2006. Prior to establishing HB Immigration in 2010, she worked in corporate immigration practices in London, gaining extensive experience in both business and private client immigration matters. She has advised multinational organisations, SMEs and individual clients on a wide range of applications, including work visas, sponsorship, family routes, long residence, British citizenship and appeals.
Her combined legal background and cross-jurisdictional experience enable her to offer a broad perspective and a solutions-focused approach to even the most complex cases.
